As opening chef at the acclaimed Mirbeau Inn & Spa, Ed earned national accolades, including a 4-star, 5-diamond rating and features in Gourmet, Bon Appétit, Wine Spectator, and more. A James Beard guest chef and award dinner alum, he later launched two beloved fusion restaurants-Moro’s Table and Moro’s Kitchen-hailed by Travel + Leisure and food lovers alike.
